Liao, co-founder of Q-WAVE, the Asian Pride Project, and an executive board member at the National Queer Asian and Pacific Islander Alliance, Charles Ober, a co-founder of the Queens Pride House, Janet Weinberg, the chief operating officer at Gay Men’s Health Crisis, and Jim Smith, a member of the steering committee at the Staten Island LGBT Community Center and an online blogger at the Staten Island Advance.
